Renee Morales is a human resources manager at Sharp HealthCare, one of San Diego’s largest private employers. She is an SDSU alumni with a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies. She also holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, and Change Management from National University. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Morales has a passion for teaching and was previously an adjunct professor for University of Maryland University College's human resources bachelor’s degree program. She has been with Sharp HealthCare for over five years, and has been a human resource professional for over 12 years in various industries including a water utility, a charter school, and a biotech company.
