Mounah Abdel Samad, PhD. is assistant professor of public administraion and the director of the Institute for Public and Urban Affairs (IPUA) at San Diego State University. Dr. Abdel-Samad received his B.A. and M.A. in Public Administration with a focus on human resources management from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. He received his Ph.D. in Public Administration and Policy from the Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy, University at Albany-SUNY.
