Daniel Chalfant is a contract manager at Accenture Federal Services where he is responsible for all Navy and USMC contracts, including contract proposals, negotiations, subcontracting, and closeout. He has more than 25 years of experience in aerospace, communications, and government contracting with the Air Force, Army, Navy, and DLA. Previously, he was with Booz Allen Hamilton. He has negotiated contracts for Ford Motor Company, General Dynamics, Sony Electronics, and SAIC. He has as a BA in Business Economics from the U.C. Santa Barbara and an MBA from U.C. Irvine. He is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), and past President of NCMA, San Diego Chapter.
