Senior HR Analyst, County of San Diego
Aaron Morgan has worked in the human resources field for more than 30 years, serving mostly as an HR analyst for the County of San Diego (23 years) and the City of Henderson, Nevada (8 years). His areas of expertise include recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, training, career development, and presentations. Morgan has conducted successful recruitment campaigns from entry level to executive level for the public sector. He’s a Senior Certified Professional with the International Project Management Association, and was president of the Western Regional Intergovernmental Personnel Assessment Council from 2004–2006. Morgan received his bachelor’s degree from SDSU in 1985, majoring in psychology with an emphasis in industrial/organizational psychology.
